How to approach it
Choose a real weakness that isn't core to the role, show you're aware of it and most importantly it explain what you're actively doing about it. Avoid disguised strengths like “I work too hard”; interviewers see through them.

"Early in my career I found it hard to delegate. I'd take on too much because I wanted things done a certain way. It came to a head when I became a bottleneck on a release. Since then I've made a habit of writing clear briefs and agreeing on what “done” looks like upfront, so I can hand work over with confidence. Last quarter I delegated two full features to newer teammates, and both shipped on time."
